At present, the overall material of sink roll and stabilizing rolls is made of stainless steel. Our raw material is made of high-quality 316L stainless steel, so as to ensure the stable alloy content of the sink rolls & stabilizing rolls. Shaft Sleeve & Bushing
Since the shaft sleeve and bushing will work in the zinc liquid pot, they have been attached by zinc every time. So, the shaft sleeve and bushing should have the characteristic of anit-corrosion to zinc liquid, wear-resistance, low friction coefficient. Base on this characteristic, we could offer the material such as Stellite material. Meanwhile, our technial teams have developed one kind of material which have more stable working performance.
In order to keep the best material for shaft sleeve and bushing, our technical team have ever tested many kinds of high alloyed materials. After observed macro crack propagation and morphology of corrosive wear surface through the instrument SEM, EPMA, TEM, XRD, we finally developed one kind of CrMoCo alloy material which have good working performance.
