The electric furnace short net bears the important function of transferring electric energy into the furnace, and then
converting electric energy into heat in the furnace for various smelting production. It is not only in a high temperature
and dusty environment, but also affected by various corrosive gases, as well as various stresses and strong magnetic
field induction, and working conditions are very poor.
The basic requirements are as follows:
1. Shorten the length as much as possible so that the impedance is small enough and the contact resistance at each contact should be small enough.
2. The correct choice of conductor should have sufficient mechanical strength and overload capability to withstand the strong electromagnetic force and current carrying capacity caused by overload and short circuit.
3. Rational use of conductor sections to reduce skin effect and improve conductor utilization.
4. The insulation between the busbar bundles and the ground is good, and the gap between the sheets is reasonable, so there is no phenomenon of floating point or even short circuit caused by conductive dust, water vapor, etc.
5. Cooperate with relevant professional, make reasonable layout, try to keep away from ferromagnet or block magnetic conductive path to reduce eddy current loss
6. Good heat dissipation or heat insulation measures to reduce heat radiation and reduce the operating temperature of short nets

1. Water-cooled cable outer sheath hose breakdown voltage≥6300V
2. Water-cooled cable outer sheath hose resistant to working voltage≥0.6Mpa
3. No leakage of cooling water at the outer sheath hose and electrode interface
4. Soft wire and electrode are cold-squeezed and fastened on special equipment
