Quenching Box
The quenching box is an indispensable important component in the modern rod and wire production line. It is installed between the rolling mills or after the finishing mills. Quenching box is used to control the rolling process temperature and cooling temperature of the finished products respectively, so as to improve the product performance.
The Basic Structure of the Quenching Box.
It is composed of water inlet tank, two sets of nozzles, return pipe, outlet deflector, and slow cooling section.
Main Technical Parameters
A) Each segment is 4.1m in length.
B)The total length is about 16m.
C) Inlet water temperature shall not be more than 35℃, and outlet water temperature shall be less than 55℃.
D) Water supply is 180-650t/h; the maximum water supply pressure is 1.8MPa.
Based on the rich experience in the production of cooling boxes, the engineers team will provide matching designs and the same type of products. All the quenching box will meet the technical requirements of customers' rolling line, and it will match the quenching boxes which customer used before. Whether you use a regular bar quechning box, the Morgan type or the Danieli type. We can provide matching products, and ensure its working performance.
