Loopers

In order to ensure product dimensional accuracy, modern high-speed wire rod mills use micro-tension and tension-free rolling to eliminate tension fluctuations caused by various dynamic disturbances during rolling and the resulting dimensional fluctuations of the rolled parts.

The looper control function is suitable for occasions where the rolling section has a small rolling speed, which can eliminate the disturbance of the dynamic speed change of the continuous rolling stand and ensure the accuracy of the rolling stock. The looper can realize tensionless rolling.
