Blast furnace smelting is a continuous production process. The charge is loaded into the furnace from the top of the furnace according to a certain batch of material, and the charge is heated from the tuyere into a hot air heated by the hot air furnace to 1000-1300°C. During this smelting process, we pay more attention to the spare parts of copper tuyere, cooling stave, roller series, slag Ladle, and driving drum. Except the above spares, we are good at the special valves for the different section of the blast furnace, such as roof system, hot air system, gas dust removal system, and gas website system. In order to keep the function well of customers' blast furnace, our engineers would like to make the spares as per the working condition of customers' blast furnace.
