Crystallizing Wheel

The crystallizing wheel, also known as the casting wheel, is a vital component in the continuous casting and rolling line of copper and aluminum rods. It should have good heat dissipation and thermal fatigue resistance. The quality of the wheel is determined  by copper and aluminum. Whether the rod production line can achieve the key to high quality and high yield. The working principle of the crystallizing wheel is to pour molten copper and aluminum liquid reaching the specified temperature into the continuously rotating wheel groove, crystallize and form under the continuous injection of internal and external cooling water, cast copper and aluminum rod blanks, and then enter the rolling mill to meet the needs, Copper rod, aluminum rod.

Based on our many years of production experience, the production capacity of the crystallizing wheel has increased from more

than 1,000 tons to an average of five or six thousand tons, the maximum output of a single wheel has reached more than 

30,000 tons, and the continuous production of single-wheel production has reached nineteen thousand tons.

The crystallizing wheel is divided into two series of crystal wheel for copper rod and crystal wheel for aluminum rod, and the 

diameter ranges from φ1000mm to φ2600mm.
