For the cold rolling line and galvanizing lines, we provide the key process rollers and matched solutions. Our products includes: working mill rolls, leveler mill rolls & roll cassette, sink rolls & stabilizing rolls, all kinds of rollers for galvanizing line, and hearth rolls. Regarding the working mill rolls, we could offer the material of 2%Cr, 3%Cr, and 5% Cr. For the leveling mills, we have rich production experience on different famous brands of straightening rolls, for example: DANIELI, SUNDWIG, KAWASAKI, DEMAG and STAMCO. Based on our good surface coating ability, our sink rolls and hearth rolls have a better working layer to meet the requirement of higher working life. We are able to produce all kinds of process rollers to quip the overall galvanizing lines, the rollers includes: tension roller, steering roller, rectifying roller, looper rollers and rubber roller. All the rollers can be coated with Cr or tungsten carbide.
