Cast Iron Rolls

According to the dimensions of cast iron rolls, Hotion are able to produce them with the production process of centrifugal casting and static casting. With the full completed equipments, the produced Dia of mill rolls are from Φ200mm to Φ900mm, and the Dia of mill rings are from Φ200mm to Φ1400mm. Based on the enough alloy content and advanced heat treatment process, our cast iron mill rolls have better phase organization to keep higher rolling tonnage.
