Bearing Chock
The bearing housing of the rolling mill is an important part that connects the rolling rolls with the rolling mill and maintains the relative movement. During the rolling process of the rolling mill, the bearing seat is connected with the rolls through the internal bearing to ensure the smooth rotation of the inner ring of the rolling roller and the bearing, avoiding the rotation caused by the bearing. The bearing is twisted or beaten.
Due to the high rolling speed and large rolling force of the rolling mill during the working process, it is easy to cause the temperature rise of the bearing housing, and the deformation of the bearing and the bearing housing and the failure of the lubricant often occur. Therefore, the cooling and lubrication of the rolling mill housing is particularly important, and the machining process directly affects the quality of the bearing housing. Based on the characteristics of the bearing housing, we strictly control each machining process, including the tolerance of the inner hole, the cylindricity and the coaxiality, and the straightness of the hole axis to ensure the best performance of the product.
